This course will dive into the series called Uncle Eric’s Model of how the World Works by Richard J. Maybury.  These books provide foundational information on politics, economics, law, and history.  Many home schoolers are familiar with one of the titles, What Ever Happened to Penny Candy?, but have not yet made use of the rest of the series.  We will begin with Uncle Eric Talks About Personal, Career, and Financial Security and choose two or three other titles from the series based on the class interest and experience and teacher guidance.  Reading and some some additional assignments will be homework.I hope to offer a continuation of this class in the spring.

Teacher has two copies of books available (first come, first served) for rent $5 each.
